Requisitos:
- • Bachelor's degree preferred.
- • 7+ years of experience with business development, sales, or account management.
- • Experience managing large account portfolios.
- • Knowledge or Experience in Mechanical or Electrical products is preferred.
- • Strong customer service and project management skills.
- • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- • Highly organized and solution-oriented.
- • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize.
Actividades a realizar:
- • Develop new customers and new business initiatives to accomplish the company's sales ambitions.
- • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key personnel at potential and existing clients, and act as the main Sales point of contact.
- • Create sales quotations that meet clients' requirements.
- • Forecast, track, and report key metrics (e.g. quarterly forecasts and quarterly sales results).
- • Perform research, generate leads, follow up on incoming leads, and maintain a pipeline of potential new customers and new market opportunities.
- • Organize and lead Business Review Meetings with existing customers and Introduction Meetings with new customers.
- • Maintain close communication with internal teams and leverage capabilities to provide customers with a customer-centric experience.
- • Clearly communicate customer requirements to internal stakeholders and suggest actions to improve sales performance.
