DESCRIPCION DEL PUESTO
Requirements:
1. Education: Diploma/ Bachelor's/ Master's degree in business, marketing, international relations, or a related field. Not necessarily needed but should be able to convince recruitment team.
2. Experience: Minimum of 6 to 8 months of experience in business development, marketing, partnership management, or related roles within the education or consultancy industry.
3. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the education sector, visa application process, international student recruitment, and relevant regulations and requirements.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas, negotiate agreements, and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
5. Networking Skills: Strong networking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport, influence decision- Makers, and build trust with partners and clients.
6. Strategic Thinking: Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, develop actionable plans, and execute initiatives to achieve business objectives and targets.
7. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast- Aced environment.
8. Team Collaboration: Collaborative attitude and willingness to work effectively with cross- Functional teams, internal colleagues, and external partners to achieve shared goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth by establishing partnerships with PTE centres, IELTS centres, universities, colleges, and other relevant institutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the consultancy's client base and increase revenue streams through effective lead generation, networking, and relationship building.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market demands, and competitor activities, informing strategic decision- Making and business planning.
2. Marketing and Promotion:
- Create and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to raise awareness of the consultancy's services and offerings among target audiences.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and social media content, tailored to specific regions and audiences.
- Utilize social media platforms and digital marketing tools to disseminate marketing materials, engage with followers, and generate leads within the respective region.
3. Partnership Management:
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with PTE centres, IELTS centres, universities, colleges, and other key stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and mutual support.
- Coordinate with partner institutions to organize events, workshops, and promotional activities aimed at promoting educational opportunities and visa consultancy services.
- Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure alignment of goals, resolve issues, and explore opportunities for collaboration and growth.
4. Client Relationship Management:
- Engage with prospective and existing clients (students) to understand their needs, preferences, and goals, and provide personalized guidance and support throughout the application and enrollment process.
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, addressing their queries promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Foster long- Term relationships with clients by delivering value- Added services, offering insights and advice, and staying informed about developments in the education and visa application process.
5. University and College Collaboration:
- Cultivate strong relationships with university and college partners, representing the consultancy's interests and advocating for the interests of students.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between partner institutions and prospective students, assisting with admissions, enrollment, and visa application procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with university and college partners to develop joint initiatives, such as scholarship programs, study abroad opportunities, and student exchange programs, to enhance educational offerings and student experiences.
