Requisitos:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Agent located in Barranquilla. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. The Customer Service Agent will assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive overall customer experience.

Actividades a realizar:

  • • Your Main Tasks:

    • • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and live chat. Maintain a friendly, empathic and professional tone in all interactions.
    • • Provide information and assistance related to travel itineraries, booking inquiries, and general travel queries.
    • • Use your knowledge of our systems to support the 24/7 Client Hotline.
    • • Assist customers in solving situations when issues may arise.
    • • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
    • • Work in partnership with our international team of Travel Planners, ensuring we deliver in the execution of the trips they have sold.
    • • Overall, be the guardian of our clients' travels!

Qualifications:

  • • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required: Other languages are always a plus!
  • • Strong Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service skills
  • • Experience in Customer Support and managing customer inquiries
  • • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
  • • Experience in the travel and events industry is a plus
  • • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
