Responsibilities:
In this Role, You Will:

• • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
• • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive retention.
• • Innovate service delivery processes for maximum efficiency.
• • Handle client support and various operational tasks as needed.
• • Meet new hires, ensuring successful integration and first impressions.
• • Empower and mentor Executive Assistants (EAs), enhancing their skills based on client feedback.
• • Manage and resolve Client- EA relationship challenges.
• • Conduct EA performance reviews, and collaborate with HR to improve hiring strategies.
• • Maintain EA performance standards and oversee EA- Client communications.
